This project was part of a 3-month freelance contract with Flow Progressive Logistics. While the original design was made in Adobe XD, I completely redesigned it from scratch to improve usability and flow using Figma. I focused on making services easy to browse, book, and order—ensuring a smooth user experience without confusion or friction.

During the registration process, I implemented flexible location input options to enhance user convenience. Users can choose their location in three ways:
– Select directly from Google Maps
– Enter their address manually
– Use their official Saudi National Address
This approach ensures accessibility and accuracy, catering to a wide range of user preferences and needs.

For the application's homepage, I focused on a minimalist and user-driven design. I let the layout speak for itself. Users can navigate freely, and even at the bottom of the page, everything remains accessible, ensuring a seamless experience.
A large hero image at the top of the page serves as the ads section, drawing attention without overwhelming the layout.
I integrated an engaging search bar to guide users toward what they’re looking for, making it clear and purposeful.
All services offered by the app—handyman maintenance, moving and packing, packaging materials, and both portable and self storage—are clearly listed and easy to explore.
I designed the Order History section to give users clear access to their upcoming and completed orders. Each order is neatly organized, making it easy to track past and future services.
Users can also copy the order number with a single tap—helpful for quick reference or when following up on specific orders later.
In my redesign, I introduced a clean, scrollable layout that organizes content into clear categories like Account Settings, Support, and Legal. The new design improves readability, uses icons for quick recognition, and allows for future scalability while keeping a modern and intuitive user experience.
Thank you for sticking around!

I structured the Services section to be clear, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Each service is visually separated and labeled to help users quickly understand what’s offered. The services include:
– Handyman Maintenance
– Moving and Packing
– Packaging Materials
– Portable and Self Storage
This layout helps users find the right service without confusion, contributing to a smooth and intuitive user experience.

The original registration screen had several usability issues. The design wasn’t clean, the font style was hard to read, and the layout lacked structure. A bright red button also created unnecessary visual distraction, pulling attention away from the form itself.

The original design, including both the homepage and registration screen, had several UX problems. A dominant bright red color overwhelmed the interface, making it visually noisy and distracting. The layout lacked clarity, and the font choices were hard to read—leading to a confusing experience overall.

I also integrated a chatbot within the Help section of the account settings. The chatbot allows users to ask questions about their orders or the app features. If the issue is complex the chatbot seamlessly redirects the user to a customer service representative for further assistance—ensuring a smooth support experience.
